State Police at Catskill along with the Greene County District Attorney’s Office, Greene County Sheriff’s Office, Town of Durham PD and the Town of Cairo PD executed search warrants related to the sale of heroin in Greene County. As a result of the search warrants signed by Greene County Court Judge Terry J Wilhelm the following subjects were charged:
Daniel Lendin 38 yoa of Cornwallville NY charged with
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree a Class B Felony
Tampering with Physical Evidence a Class E Felony
Endangering the welfare of a Child a Class A Misdemeanor
Criminal use of Drug Paraphernalia a Class A Misdemeanor
Arraigned before Town of Durham Justice Raymond Kennedy and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of 10k cash 20K bond
Drew Hulbert 22 yoa of Livingstonville NY
Endangering the Welfare of a Child a Class A Misdemeanor
Arraigned before Town of Durham Justice Raymond Kennedy and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of 1,500 cash 3K bond
Breanna Smith 24 yoa of Livingstonville NY
Endangering the Welfare of a Child a Class A Misdemeanor
Arraigned before Town of Durham Justice Raymond Kennedy and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of 1,500 cash 3K bond
David Hinkein 33 yoa of Round Top NY
Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd degree a Class B Felony
Arraigned before Town of Cairo Justice Tanja Sirago and remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of 75k cash 150k bond
Endangering the welfare of child charges against Lendin, Hulbert and Smith were related to them being found in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia in the presence of a 2 year old child.
