02/23/15 – SP Highland BCI annouces the arrest of 38 year old, Spencer Green, of Poughkeepsie, NY, for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Fifth Degree (a class D felony) and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (a class A misdemeanor).
On 02/21/15, SP Highland patrols conducted traffic stop on vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign while on Verazzano Blvd, in the City of Poughkeepsie. Spencer Green, a passenger in the vehicle, was found to unlawfully possess Suboxone, Heroin and Crack Cocaine on his person.
Green was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Maloney in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and was subsequently remanded to the Dutchess County Jail on no bail. Green is set to return to the City of Poughkeepsie Court on 02/26/15 at 8:00am.
