Billy Wynn was arrested for Sexual Abuse 1st Degree after he admitted to having sexual contact with a 16-year-old female. It is alleged that Wynn forcibly kissed and touched the female while attempting to remove her clothing. He was arrested and remanded to Sullivan County Jail. Upon making bail, Wynn never returned to court to answer the charges and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest. His last known address was in the Bronx, NY.

Brandon M. Aycock is wanted in the Town of Corning for failing to appear on June 18, 2016. Aycock was originally arrested March 16, 2016 on charges stemming from a domestic incident. It is alleged that Aycock trapped a female suspect in the bathroom of a Corning residence and repeatedly choked her. In addition, Aycock took her cell phone, thereby preventing her from calling 911 for help.
