Cuddebackville Man arrested for Burglary

On Saturday June 4, 2016 at approximately 3am, State Police in Wurtsboro were dispatched to a burglary in progress at the Westbrookville Deli on Route 209 in Westbrookville.   An investigation by troopers led to the arrest of MARIO D RAMSEY, age 33, of Cuddebackville, NY for Burglary in the Third Degree a (Class D Felony), Petit Larceny and Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree, both (Class A Misdemeanors).

MARIO D RAMSEY was arraigned before Sullivan County Court Judge Frank Labuda and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $40,000 bail.
