Summitville man arrested for Grand Larceny

The New York State Police announce the arrest of Gregory P. Myers, age 31, of Summitville NY for the felony of Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree.  Myers is additionally a Fugitive from Justice out of the State of North Carolina and in violation of his parole.

This arrest stemmed from an investigation into the reported larceny of $2,410.00 from a residence in Summitville NY.  During the course of the investigation, it was determined that Myers was assisting a homeowner in Summitville with some work around her home and it is alleged that during this time, Myers removed the money from the residence without consent from the homeowner.

Myers was arraigned before Town of Mamakating Town Justice Cynthia Dolan and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail on no bail.  Myers is scheduled to appear in the Town of Mamakating Town Court on 05/09/16 at 9:30 am.
