1. Today is an “A” Day.

2. Arlington High School will have a Summer Driver’s Education program. Stop by the guidance office for information!

3. The library will be closed today.

4. SAT Word of the Day: DIFFIDENT  – The word means shy, quiet, modest.

5. Music Man – Rehearsal today is from 3-5 pm. Report to the chorus room after school! All should attend. Updated rehearsal schedules will be available today.

6. Cosplay Club is cancelled today.

7. Anyone interested in taking part in Grimm Reaper Day please attend the SADD meeting this Wednesday, May 4, during 5th period in room 1063.

8.  Varsity Track and Field screen sheets are due this week. Please don’t wait and complete them today!

9. Attention all Juniors and guests, your Prom Contracts are due this Friday to Mrs. Kermani. If you have any questions please see Mrs. Kermani or your class officers.

10. Attention all Sophomores and Juniors – Are you interested in making next year’s Yearbook the best ever? Come to the sign-up meeting for Photo Journalism today during 5th period in Ms. Wool’s room. If you can’t attend the meeting but would like to sign-up see Ms. Wool today.

11. Due to the upcoming weather, Dragon Day has been rescheduled for Monday, May 9th. This will now be our ORANGE and BLACK day for Spirit Week. Please participate during the remainder of this week. Wednesday: Tie-Dye Day, Thursday: Throwback Thursday, Friday: Comfy Day and Monday: Dragon Day – wear orange and black.  The Dragon Door Decor will be extended to this Friday. Good Luck!

12. Monday, May 9th from 12:30 – 1:30 pm is the presentation of the Mascot trophy from 105.5 Kicks Radio. Please make sure you wear your orange and black school spirit attire.

13. There will be no high school band lessons today.

14. The deadline to register for the June SAT is Thursday, May 5th. The deadline to register for the June ACT is Friday, May 6th. If you have any questions, please stop by the guidance office.

15. All middle and high school students that were on Cheerleading this year and are interested in performing at Dragon Day, we will be staying after every day until 5 pm to go over routines.

16. The next middle school Art Club meeting will be on Thursday, May 6th. Space is limited to 20 so sign up soon.

17. Please join us tonight for our Honors Presentations from 6-9 pm in the library. 

18. All Juniors and guests must have their prom contract forms filled out and given to Mrs. Kermani no later than Friday, May 6th. If you have any questions please see Mrs. Kermani or your class officers.

19. Thank you to all of the talented people who auditioned for the Leo Club Talent Show! Due to lack of participation, the Talent Show is cancelled.

20. Reminder to all Junior Honor Society applicants: Your paperwork is due to Mrs. Cleaveland by the end of the day on Wednesday.

21. Attention middle and high school students – Do you need community service hours? Stone Church Grange is hosting a 2 Penny Social on Saturday, May 7th at the Dover Masonic Ledge. Doors open at 12 noon and calling starts at 2 pm. See Mr. Orton in the middle school computer lab (room 1129) to volunteer!

22. Attention all middle school students! Come to the last activity night of the year on May 13th! Get ready to dance the night away and play dodgeball with your friends. It will be from 6:30-9 pm and the cost is $5 at the door.
