Town of Lloyd man arrested for Endangering the Welfare of two youths.

On April 12, 2016, The New York State Police Highland BCI announce the arrest of 43 year old, John Ayala Jr, of Highland, NY, for two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a child (a class A Misdemeanor).
On April 10, 2016, the New York State Police at Highland arrived to a 911 call for a fight in progress at Tony Williams Park, in the Town of Lloyd. Upon arrival investigation found that two 16 year old minors engaged in a fist fight and that John Ayala Jr. was present and actively permitted his own child to partake in the fight and attempted to discourage others from calling 911.
Ayala was arraigned in the Town of Esopus Court and released on his own recognizance. Ayala is due back in the Town of Lloyd Court on April 12, 2016 at 5pm.
