Robert Graf Receives New Rank, New Responsibilities

Poughquag, N.Y. Army National Guard Soldier Promoted

LATHAM, N.Y. (04/13/2016)– Major General Anthony P. German, The Adjutant General for the State of New York, announces the promotion of members of the New York Army National Guard in recognition of their capability for additional responsibility and leadership.

Robert Graf from Poughquag, N.Y. (postal code 12570) serving with the Company C, 1-69th Infantry is promoted to the rank of Specialist.
