State Police arrest two Bronx men for Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree

PRESS RELEASE

On April 8, 2016 the New York State Police in Monroe announces the arrest of Clemente Castracucco, age 54, and Stanley D. Bamber, age 57, both from Bronx, NY for Grand Larceny 4th.  On April 8, 2016 Castracucco and Bamber stole numerous items from Walmart with a total value of $1,491.00 in the Town of Monroe.  Castracucco and Bamber were arraigned in the Town of Monroe Justice Court and they were remanded to Orange County Jail with $7,500 bail and $15,000 bond.  Castracucco and Bamber are to appear on April 14, 2016 at 5:30pm in the Town of Monroe Court.
