State Police Monroe arrest a North Carolina for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd Degree

PRESS RELEASE

On April 10th, 2016, The New York State Police at Monroe, NY arrested  RAMEL A. HARRIS, 21, from Greensboro, NC for Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the 2nd degree and Unlawfully Possession of Marihuana, stemming from a traffic stop conducted on State Route 17M in the Town of Monroe. Mr. HARRIS was arraigned in the Town of Monroe Court and was remanded to the custody of the Orange County Jail on bail set in the amount of $30,000.00 cash or $75,000.00 bond.
