State Police arrest Coxsackie man for burglary

PRESS RELEASE

On 04/07/16, the State Police arrested JUSTIN DOUGHTY, age 34 of Coxackie for Burglary in the 2nd degree, a class C felony.

DOUGHTY was arrested after an investigation by the State Poilce of a reported burglary to a residence in Palenville that occurred last summer.  DOUGHTY was arraigned before the Town of Catskill court an released on his own recognizance.  DOUGHTY is scheduled to reappear on 04/21/16 at 4:00 pm.
