Louisville, KY man arrested for heroin and marijuana possession

Guilderland, NY – On January 24, 2016, at approximately 11:37 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for traveling 90 mph in a posted 65 mph zone. The passenger of the vehicle, Raymond T. Tetreault III, 51, of Louisville, KY, was found to be in possession of heroin, marijuana, a digital scale, and a billy club. He was taken into custody, transported and processed at SP Albany, where he was subsequently charged with:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 4th Degree; a Class C Felony
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 4th Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
- Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd Degree; a Class A Misdemeanor
- Unlawful Possession of Marijuana; a Violation
He was arraigned before the Town of Guilderland Court and remanded to the Albany County Jail in lieu of $50,000 cash bail.
