Poughkeepsie woman charged with Driving While Intoxicated

Cortlandt, New York – On January 20, 2016, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Ana E. Burgos, age 43, of Poughkeepsie, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Burgos was stopped on State Route 9D for failing to maintain her designated lane of travel. An investigation revealed that she was intoxicated at the time of the stop.
Burgos supplied a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .11%. She was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Phillipstown Court on February 10, 2016.
