State Police arrest Coxsackie man for Burglary

On January 20, 2016 New York State Police at Catskill arrested MICHAEL BENDER, age 36 from Coxsackie, NY, for Burglary 2nd (a C Felony).

On January 19th, 2016 New York State Police responded to a domestic dispute. The investigation revealed that MICHAEL BENDER had kicked in the front door of the victim’s residence and removed and damaged property while inside. BENDER was located and processed at State Police barracks at Catskill. BENDER was arraigned in the Town of Greenville Town Court before Hon. Schrieber who remanded BENDER to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond. BENDER to re-appear in the Town of Greenville Town Court on 01/26/16.
