Students Named to President’s List at Hudson Valley Community College

TROY, NY (01/08/2016)– More than 1,900 students were named to the Fall 2015 President’s List at Hudson Valley Community College.

Those honored include:

Steven Campbell of Pawling, who is studying in the Electrical Construction and Maintenance academic program.

CoriAnn Cremin of Poughquag, who is studying in the Health Information Management and Technology academic program.

Each fall and spring term, the college’s President’s List names those full-time students and part-time students registered for at least six college credits who have a term average of between 3.5 and 4.0 and who received no grade of “D,” “F,” “I,” “Z,” or “W” on their record for that term. Students must have completed at least 12 college credits successfully.

Founded in 1953, Hudson Valley Community College offers more than 80 degree and certificate programs in four schools: Business; Engineering and Industrial Technologies; Health Science; and Liberal Arts and Sciences; and an Educational Opportunity Center for academic and career training. One of 30 community colleges in the State University of New York system, it has an enrollment of nearly 12,000 students, and is known as a leader in distance learning initiatives and workforce training. Hudson Valley has more than 75,000 alumni.
