Wappinger, New York – On January 6, 2016, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Goldeen A. Zachary, 34 years old, of Milton, New York, for Reckless Endangerment 2nd Degree and Petit Larceny, both Class A Misdemeanors.

In December of 2015, Troopers were dispatched to the Avalon Assisted Living to investigate the theft of prescription medication from the facility.  An investigation conducted by the State Police revealed that Zachary, an employee at the facility, had removed Oxycontin from blister packaging and replaced the narcotic with another medication.

Zachary was issued an appearance ticket directing her to appear before the Town of Wappinger Court on January 13, 2016.
