Spreads Holiday Cheer
Continuing a longstanding tradition, members of the Dutchess County Department of Public Works (DPW) staff gave their time and talent, spreading holiday cheer to their fellow county employees by caroling throughout the halls and offices of several Dutchess County buildings. This year, a special stop was made to sing holiday carols and hand out toys to children at Abilities First, Inc., in LaGrange.
DPW staff members used their personal time to brighten the day of many with their singing, and they also raised money to benefit a local family in need and local veterans. Click here to watch a video of them caroling to the delight of children and county workers alike.
