Crash investigation nets the arrest of South Salem man

Lewisboro, New York – On November 28, 2015, New York State Police from Somers arrested Thomas P. Larkin, 43 years old, of South Salem, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to a one-car auto collision that occurred on State Route 123.  The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle, who identified himself as Larkin, was found to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.

Larkin supplied a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .27%, more than three times the legal limit of intoxication. Larkin was issued an appearance ticket directing him to appear before the Town of Lewsiboro Court on December 7, 2015 and released to a sober party.
