Union Vale man arrested for DWI

Union Vale, New York – On October 28, 2015, New York State Police from the Poughkeepsie barracks arrested 28-year-old Anthony J. Giannini, of Union Vale, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched to investigate a property damage auto collision that occurred on State Route 82 in the hamlet of Verbank. Giannini was found to be intoxicated at the time of the crash.
Giannini provided a positive breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content
of .14% and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of Union Vale Court on November 18, 2015.
