Raymond and Frances (DiCicco) of Pawling, NYcelebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on October 30, 2015. They were married October 30, 1965 at St. Peter’s Church in Yonkers, NY. Mr. Cowan served in the U.S. Navy for four years and then began working for the phone company for 30 years before retiring in 1999. He currently is employed by the Dover School District. After raising their two children, Mrs. Cowan attended college and graduated with a Master’s degree from Fordham University and continues with her teaching career. They have two children. Connie Sprague and her husband John of Pawling, NY and Raymond and his wife Matty ofWest Newbury, MA. They have six grandchildren. John, Andrew and Jason of Pawling, Sean, Alexandra and Max of West Newbury. Mr. and Mrs. Cowan celebrated their anniversary with a trip to Disney World in Florida with their children and grandchildren.
