Carmel man arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated

East Fishkill, NY – On October 27, 2015 at approximately 9:35 p.m., New York State Police from East Fishkill were dispatched to investigate a property damage collision on Interstate 84.
Paul C. Willman, 23 of Carmel, New York, was traveling eastbound on Interstate 84 when he side swiped a parked construction vehicle. A subsequent investigation conducted at the scene revealed that Willman was intoxicated at the time of the crash.
No injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
Willman was transported to SP East Fishkill where he provided a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .18%.
Willman was released to a sober third party and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of East Fishkill Court on November 11, 2015 at 4:00 p.m.
