East Fishkill man arrested for driving while intoxicated

East Fishkill, New York – On October 21, 2015, New York State Police from the Stormville barracks arrested Carlos D. Colon, 34 years old, of East Fishkill, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Colon was operating on Beekman Road for failing to maintain its lane of travel. Colon was found to be intoxicated at the time of the stop.
Colon supplied a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .14% and was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Town of East Fishkill Court on October 28, 2015.
