Wappinger woman charged with DWI following traffic stop

Wappinger, New York – On October 18, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Laurie A. Moran, 49 years old, of Wappinger, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Moran was stopped by police on All Angels Hill Road for failing to maintain her designated lane of travel. When Moran displayed clues that indicated she was intoxicated, she was placed under arrest by the investigating officer.
Moran provided a breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .12% and was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Wappinger Court on November 19, 2015.
