Newburgh man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated

Fishkill, New York – On October 20, 2015, New York State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Ted L. Goodwalt, 32 years old, of Newburgh, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers observed a disabled motorcycle on the side of State Route 52 and stopped to check the welfare of the operator. Goodwalt, the operator of the motorcycle, was found to be intoxicated following an investigation conducted by police.
Goodwalt was issued traffic tickets directing him to appear before the Village of Fishkill Court on November 2, 2015.
