Yorktown man charged with Driving While Intoxicated

Cortlandt, New York – On October 18, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested 58-year-old Robert J. Perry, of Yorktown Heights, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers stopped the vehicle Perry was operating for speeding and making a lane change without using a directional. Perry was found to be intoxicated following an investigation conducted by police.
Perry was issued traffic tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on October 23, 2015.
