Yonkers man charged with Driving While Intoxicated

Yonkers, New York – On October 18, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Marcos E. Mendez-Tlatenco, 31 years old, of Yonkers, New York, for Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Subsequent to a vehicle and traffic stop conducted on the Sprain Brook Parkway speeding, Mendez-Tlatenco was found to be intoxicated.
The defendant was processed without incident and provided a positive breath sample that yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of 0.16%. Mendez-Tlatenco was issued traffic tickets returnable to the City of Yonkers Court on October 26, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
