The New York State Police at Monroe announce the arrests of Lawrence SIENKO and Nadine SIENKO

PRESS RELEASE

The New York State Police at Monroe announce the arrests of Lawrence SIENKO and Nadine SIENKO, both formerly of Middletown, NY and now residing in Summerville, South Carolina, on Grand Larceny 2nd  and related charges. After a nearly 2 year investigation with the assistance of the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, both Lawrence and Nadine were arraigned early today in Orange County Court on 2 counts of Grand Larceny 2nd each, 1 count of Grand Larceny 2nd each with Nadine SIENKO additionally charged with 43 counts of Falsifying Business Records in the 1st degree.

With an Investigation that was launched in December of 2013 by the New York State Police at Monroe, Bureau of Criminal Investigation, it was learned that the SIENKO’s stole more that $85,000.00 from both Goshen Hardware in the Village of Goshen and Ayres and Galloway Hardware in the City of Middletown, NY. The larcenies are alleged to have taken place from early 2011 through late 2013 while both SIENKO’s were employed by the hardware stores.

The SIENKO’s were located living in Summerville, South Carolina and were arraigned in Orange County Court on Tuesday October 13th, 2015 which unsealed the indictments. They have a future court date pending in County Court
