Poughkeepsie, NY man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and marijuana possession

PRESS RELEASE
Guilderland, NY – On October 10, 2015 at approximately 10:58 p.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-90 at Exit 25 for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Vincent D. Ross JR, 24 of Poughkeepsie, NY was found to be intoxicated and in possession of approximately 15 grams of marijuana. Ross was transported and processed at SP Albany, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.08%. Ross was charged with:
- Driving While Intoxicated, Unclassified Misdemeanor
- Unlawful Possession Marijuana, Violation
Ross was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Guilderland Court on October 22, 2015 at 5:30 p.m.
