State Police arrest three men following robbery investigation

North Salem, New York –New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Somers barracks arrested 21-year-old Michael Owoo of North Salem, Sean M. McCoyd, 22 years old, of Garden City, New York, and Ronnie E. Foskey, 21 years old, of Roslyn, New York.  All three men were charged with Robbery 2nd Degree, a Class C Felony.

On October 7, 2015 at approximately 7:50 p.m., Troopers were dispatched to investigate a reported Robbery that occurred at the Croton Falls Train Station.  An investigation revealed that Owoo with the assistance of Foskey forcibly stole property from the victim before fleeing the scene in a vehicle that was operated by McCoyd.

The victim, who knows Owoo, followed the suspect vehicle and contacted 911 for assistance.  Police Officers from the North Salem Police Department observed the suspect vehicle on Bogtown Road and stopped it. Foskey and McCoyd were taken into custody, Owoo fled from the vehicle prior to the stop and was later taken into custody by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation.

Owoo, Foskey and McCoyd were arraigned before the Town of North Salem Court. Owoo was remanded to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail.  Foskey was remanded to the Westchester County Jail on $2,000 bail.  McCoyd was released after posting $500 bail.
