Obituary, Calvin C. Eastwood “Rummy”

 

Poughquag – Calvin C. Eastwood “Rummy” of Poughquag, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2015 at NYP Weill Cornell Hospital. He was 68 years old.

Born on February 5, 1947 in Poughkeepsie to the late Calvin Eastwood and Vivian Joyce Crocker.

Calvin was a Proud Veteran of the Vietnam War serving his country in the United States Army. He worked for Pawling Corp in Pawling for many years prior to his retirement.

He was an avid NASCAR and Dale Earnhardt Sr. fan. He enjoyed yard sales and crossword puzzles.

Calvin his survived by his devoted wife Adrienne Eastwood, Loving Children Daniel Eastwood and his companion Darlene Cocuzza, and Noelle Dunn and her husband James. Cherished grandchildren Megan, Rebecca and Sarah Eastwood, Kenneth and Shealyn Farber. His beloved sister Helen Eastwood. Half Siblings, Charles Crocker, Ronnie Davis, and Dolores Sainz. Calvin is also survived by numerous loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. His beloved faithful companion, his dog Bartina survives on the couch at home.

He was predeceased by his 1st wife Catherine Eastwood and his daughter Cindy Eastwood.

Friends may call on Friday October 2, 2015 from 5-8pm at  900 Route 82, Hopewell Junction. A Funeral Service will be held at 7:30pm at the funeral home with military honors to follow. Interment will be private.
