On September 29, 2015 State Police at Liberty arrested Michael C. Fisher, age 22 of Grahamsville, NY after it was reported to State Police that he had sexual relations with a fifteen year old. The incident occurred in the Town of Fallsburg.
Fisher was charged with Rape 3rd Degree, a felony. This charge is based upon the victim’s inability to consent due to age. Fisher was arraigned in the Town of Fallsburg Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail or $30,000 bond.
