State Police in Catskill Arrest Man For Three Counts of Sexual Abuse

          On 09/24/15, The New York State Police at Catskill arrested Matthew A. Dudley, age 37, of Freehold, N.Y. for three counts of Sexual Abuse 2nd degree(Class A Misdemeanor). The arrest is the result of an allegation that Dudley had sexual contact with a 13 year old child on 3 seperate occasions. Dudley was arraigned before Town Justice, Tonya Sirago, T/Cairo Court and was ROR’d to re-appear at a later date.
