Glen Wild man arrested for Grand Larceny

The New York State Police at SP Wurtsboro announce the arrest of Gregory A. Kuchar, age 37, of Glen Wild NY on charges of Grand Larceny 3rd and Falsifying Business Records 1st, both felonies.
This arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the New York State Department of Labor Investigations Section and the New York State Police. Between May 30, 2011 and August 11, 2013, Kuchar did apply for and was granted unemployment benefits totaling $4,008.25 which he was not entitled to receive.
Kuchar was arraigned before Town of Mamakating Town Justice Cynthia Dolan who committed Kuchar to the Sullivan County Jail on $5,000.00 bail. Kuchar is scheduled to appear in the Town of Mamakating Court of Sept 15, 2015 at 9:15am.
