Millbrook man arrested for Driving While Intoxicated in Amenia

Amenia – On September 13, 2015, New York State Police from the Dover barracks conducted a welfare check on a Millbrook man after observing him sleeping in a vehicle parked on Broadway. The driver of the vehicle, Oscar Choc Caal, age 33, of Millbrook, New York, was found to be intoxicated. He was transported to SP Dover, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.16%.
Choc Caal was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, an Unclassified Misdemeanor. He was released to a sober party and issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Amenia Court for September 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
