Dover man charged with Sexual Abuse

Wingdale, New York – On September 3, 2015, the New York State Police at Dover Plains arrested 36-year-old Michael A. Neithard of Wingdale, NY, for the charge of Sexual Abuse in the 1st Degree, a Class D Felony.
The arrest follows an investigation concerning Neithard having sexual contact with an 11-year-old child.
Neithardt was arraigned in the Town of Amenia court before Town Justice Norman Moore and remanded to Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail or $40,000 bail bond. He is due to return before the Town of Dover Court on September 8, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
