Monroe man steals vacuum cleaners from Target

The New York State Police in Monroe arrested ZACHARY CICCARELLI (28) of Monroe for Grand Larceny in the fourth degree.  Ciccarelli was observed by surveillance cameras stealing Dyson Vacuums from the Target Store on Bailey Farm Road in the Town of Monroe.  On August 15^thhe stole 2 vacuums and he returned on August 29^th he stole 2 additional vacuums.  On September 1^st he was located at his residence and arrested.  Ciccarelli was issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Monroe Court on September 14, 2015.
