Suspicious vehicle complaint leads to arrest

On August 29, 2015, an investigation into a suspicious vehicle complaint by the New York State Police led to the arrest of Anthony G. Price-Baynes, 21, from the City of Hudson, for felony driving while intoxicated, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest and obstructing governmental administration.

Troopers located the vehicle and interviewed the driver, identified as Price-Baynes.  The defendant fled in the vehicle he was operating during an interview and was apprehended a short time later.

He was arraigned in the Town of Greenport court and remanded to the Columbia County Jail on $3000 cash/ $6000 bond bail.
