Craryville man arrested for weapons charges

On 08/25/15, the New York State Police at Catskill arrested Matthew L Hartman, age 38, of Craryville, NY. Hartman was arrested as the result of an ongoing investigation in the Town of Coxsackie. It is alleged that Hartman possessed and sold an illegal assault rifle. Hartman was charged with Unlawful Activity:  Dangerous Weapon and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd both felonies.

Following his arrest, Hartman was arraigned before Judge Roberg in the Town of Coxsackie Court and was remanded to the Greene County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.  Hartman was instructed to return in court on 08/31/2015.
