State Police at Liberty Arrest Monticello Man for Possessing Child Pornography

     On August 20, 2015 State Police at Liberty, along with the State Police Computer Crimes Unit arrested Jeremiah Hardy, age 38 of Monticello, NY for possessing images of children involved in sexual acts.  These images were stored in various electronic devices owned by Hardy.

Hardy was charged with Possession of a Sexual Performance by a Child, a felony.  He was arraigned in the Village of Monticello Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $20,000 cash bail.  State Police were assisted in the investigation by the Sullivan County District Attorney’s Office.
