State Police Make Arrests During DWI Detail in Westchester County

PRESS RELEASE
On August 15, 2015, the NYSP conducted a DWI check point on Route 9 in the Town of Cortlandt, Westchester County. During this detail the State Police arrested the following subjects:
Jorge I. Tigre-Pintada, age 36, from Ossining, NY was arrested for DWI and processed at SP Cortlandt. Tigre-Pintada provided a breath sample that indicated he had a .19% BAC.
Luis M. Reiban, age 36, from Peekskill, NY was arrested for DWI and processed at SP Cortlandt. Reiban provided a breath sample that indictated he had a .17% BAC.
Both subjects were issued tickets to appear in the Town of Cortlandt Court on August 24, 2015 at 9:00 AM.
