PRESS RELEASE
On August 11, 2015 the New York State Police – Bureau of Criminal Investigation SP Kingston arrested REGINALD L. DELVALLE age 46 of Walden, NY for illegally obtaining over $5,000.00 in unemployment benefits.
The New York State Police working in conjunction with the New York State Department of Labor – Investigation Section arrested DELVALLE for Grand Larceny 3rd Degree and Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st Degree both felonies. During the time period of June 27, 2011 through November 25, 2012 DELVALLE received $5,265.00 in unemployment benefits. It was later determined that DELVALLE was in fact employed during the time period in which he was receiving the benefits.
DELVALLE was arrested for the above listed charges and released to reappear in the Town of Ulster Court on August 11, 2015.
