Arrest: Deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office report the arrest of Rodshan Pittman, 25 years old, of Rifton, NY.
Mr. Pittman was charged with the Misdemeanors of Criminal Nuisance (2 Counts), Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Obstructing Governmental Administration and the Violation of Social Host Law.
On February 08, 2015 at approximatley 12:40 am Deputies responded to a report of a large party with subjects fighting at Mr. Pittman’s residence. Through investigation it was determined that Mr. Pittman had held a party at his residence where alcoholic beverages were provided to subjects under the age of twenty one. Mr. Pittman also attempted to verbally and physically prevent Deputies from conducting their investigation.
Mr. Pittman was arraigned in the Town of Esopus Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $2500.00 cash bail and $10,000.00 property bond. He is to reappear in the Town of Esopus Court on February 10, 2015 at 05:00 pm.
Deputies were assisted at the scene by members of the New York State Police and Town of Rosendale Police Department.
