Rhinebeck man charged with criminal mischief

Red Hook, New York – On August 2, 2015, New York State Police from the Rhinebeck barracks arrested Charles B. Fleischer, 25 years old, of Rhinebeck, New York, for Criminal Mischief 4thDegree, a Class A Misdemeanor.
On August 2, 2015 at approximately 1:06 a.m., Troopers were dispatched to Bard College for a criminal mischief complaint. An investigation revealed that Fleischer had damaged Bard College’s property by climbed a light pole and intentionally breaking a flag.
Fleischer was issued an appearance ticket ordering him to appear before the Town of Red Hook Court on August 27, 2015.
