On August 3rd, 2015 a trailer in the Town of Wawarsing had been fired upon and one bullet struck the front window and exited through the rear of the residence. The investigation revealed the Shaun Vandyke had fired a shot from a rifle at the residence.  The home belonged to a female who Vandyke had a personal grudge with. The weapon was recovered at the residence of Vandyke. No one was injured during the incident.
