Yonkers man charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs

PRESS RELEASE

Greenburgh, New York – On August 5, 2015, New York State Police from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Richard A. Morello, 71 years old, of Yonkers, New York, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5th Degree.

While on patrol, Troopers observed a 2015 Subaru Legacy traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway, unable to maintain its lane. Subsequent to a lawful vehicle and traffic stop, Morello was found to be impaired by drugs and that he possessed approximately 25.1 grams of marihuana.

Morello was issued appearance tickets returnable to the Town of Greenburgh Court of August 18, 2015.
