Yonkers, New York – On July 30, 2015, New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Hawthorne barracks arrested Kevin L. Moultrie, Jr., age 21, of Tuckahoe, New York, for  Grand Larceny 4th Degree, a Class E Felony.

The arrest stemmed from a complaint received from the former Hughes Financial Services located in Yonkers, NY.  The business, which is now closed, reported that Moultrie fraudulently cashed a payroll check that he previously deposited electronically with another financial institution. This resulted in Moultrie unlawfully receiving two payments for the same check while Hughes Financial Services sustained a loss in excess of $1,000.

Moultrie was issued an Appearance Ticket directing him to appear before the City of Yonkers Court on August 18, 2015.
