NYSP Investigate Fatal Automobile Accident on Sprain Brook Parkway, C/Yonkers

On Sunday, July 26, 2015 at approximately 11:00 a.m., The New York State Police responded to a one car personal injury automobile accident on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the City of Yonkers. Investigation revealed the vehicle operator, KULDEEP REEHAL, 24 years of age, of Bellerose, NY was traveling northbound on the Sprain Brook Parkway, when he lost steering control of his vehicle, causing the vehicle to exit the roadway over the western shoulder. Mr. Reehal’s vehicle then traveled through the guide rail before coming to rest. Mr. Reehal sustained internal injuries as a result of the collision and was transported to the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. Mr. Reehal later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the Westchester Medical Center. The NYSP were assisted with the investigation by Yonkers Police Department and Yonkers Fire Department.
