Lake Peekskill man arrested following landlord-tenant dispute

Lake Peekskill, New York – On July 22, 2015, New York State Police arrested Daniel T. Dziedzic, 54 years old, of Lake Peekskill, New York, for Menacing 3^rd Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor.

Troopers were dispatched to a landlord-tenant dispute in Lake Peekskill.  An investigation revealed that Dziedzic made threats to harm the victim, placing him in fear.

Following his arraignment, the defendant was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear before the Putnam Valley Court on July 28, 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
