PRESS RELEASE
Catskill, NY – On July 5, 2015 at approximately 1:37 a.m., State Police stopped a vehicle on I-87 for a traffic violation. The driver of the vehicle, Branden A. Obernesser, 31 of Clinton, NY was found to be intoxicated. Obernesser was transported and processed at SP Albany, where his blood alcohol content was determined to be 0.31%. Obernesser was charged with:
- Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, Unclassified Misdemeanor
Obernesser was turned over to a sober third party and released on an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Catskill Court on July 23, 2015 at 4:00 p.m.
