Brewster woman arrested for Aggravated DWI

Cortlandt, New York – On July 1, 2015, New York State Police from the Cortlandt barracks arrested Emily B. Lonegan, 23 years old, of Brewster, New York, for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated, a Misdemeanor.
Troopers were dispatched to a property damage auto collision in the Town of Cortlandt. Investigation revealed that Lonegan attempted to move her vehicle from a parked position and struck another parked vehicle. Subsequent investigation revealed that she was intoxicated.
Lonegan supplied a breath sample that revealed a Blood Alcohol Content of .19% and was issued traffic tickets directing her to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Court on July 10, 2015.
